Dallas Robbery Attorney

Robbery in progressIn Texas, robbery is, in essence, a theft charge with "a little something more."  That "something" typically involves a situation in which the theft either results in bodily injury to another person, or places another person in imminent fear of bodily injury or death.  Robbery is a second degree felony, which means the penalty range for this charge is 2 to 20 years in state prison, and up to a $10,000.  If you've been charged with robbery, you need the experienced attorneys at Berlof & Newton , P.C.  We will zealously defend you in court against your robbery case.  Whether you've been arrested in Dallas County, Tarrant County, Collin County, or anywhere else throughout north Texas.  Free consultation.  Let us help you!  Call us today at 214.827.2800, or contact one of our lawyers directly using the "Get Legal Help Now!" free consultation request form in the left margin of this web page.
